James Benning

James Benning’s first feature film 11 x 14 is a milestone in the American avant-garde. Through 65 sublimely elaborated shots of provincial life and suburban domesticity, this travelogue takes you to rural America and the grey slums of Chicago with the world’s tallest skyscraper – at the time – as a vanishing point.
Program: Godart Bakkers
11 x 14 will also be screened on October 31. in Club Solo (Breda).
